An SPC process analysis is used to help you improve the use of SPC within your organization - to move SPC to the next level and to increase the impact on the bottom line.

In a process analysis, the process is literally "walked" from the start to the finish.  We talk to the people doing the work to develop an understanding of what the process is doing.  The objectives of the process analysis are to:

bulletLearn the processes in place
bulletDetermine the extent that SPC is used and understood
bulletDetermine the strengths of the processes
bulletDetermine potential opportunities for improvement in the use of SPC as well as in the processes themselves

Both the operating and support processes are examined.  A report is written that contains the information found during the process analysis.  This information is designed to be used by leadership to improve the use of SPC and to impact the bottom line.
