IPPS Awareness IPPS  Facilitator IPPS Leadership

The IPPS  Awareness seminar is a unique 2.5 day overview to SPC and the people skills necessary to make SPC implementation successful.  This seminar is designed to be given to all associates.  It makes SPC fun to learn!

The seminar topics include variation and the popular SPC tools.  Attendees learn how to use process flow diagrams, Pareto diagrams and cause and effect diagrams.  They also learn to recognize histograms and how to interpret control charts.

The people tools taught include motivation, teamwork, consensus decision making and team styles.  Team styles help us understand ourselves and other people.
