The SPC Facilitator seminar is for those employees who are responsible for implementing SPC process improvement in their area and for leading or overseeing process improvement project teams. Usually at least one employee from each department is trained as a SPC facilitator.
The SPC Facilitator seminar typically is a five day that can be tailored to meet your needs. The training includes the SPC for Excel software (for a 20 person class, this represents $4,900 if the software were purchased for 20 people).
